Excellent breakfast. I like the choice of buffet breakfast on 1st floor plus 22nd floor set breakfast. Tried both. The 22nd floor set breakfast is Japanese, nice, and have a great view of the city. It is neat but does not offer as much food choices as the buffet. e.g. no choice of fruits, no ice cream, etc. Still, it is a good idea to do that 22nd floor breakfast at least oncve during the stay. Location: not far from Sapporo Station and Daimaru. About 10-15 minutes walk (2 city blocks). However, it is far from the TV Tower area/underground shopping areas if you want to do a lot of shoppings/eatings there. Still, the shops around Sapporo Station offer a lot, in particular Daimaru. My wife was happy shopping just near the Station, and didn't bother to go with me to do the routine sightseeing.

I visited Sapporo Sapporo again with my husband to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. And we made another unforgettable memory in Sapporo. We have been assigned a room on 17th floor with a nice view , which has a cozy vibe . I think this hotel room has more space compared to other japanese hotel. We were very satisfied with the room condition and the staffs' hospitality & kindness. They also left us beautiful flowers with a sweet card to celebrate our anniversary, and this made our trip so memorable from the start. We really appreciate it. We will definitely stay in Keio plaza hotel Sapporo, when we visit Sapporo again. and also the location is perfect for travellers.

The rooms have been refurbished since my last visit in 2014. The layout and lighting have been improved whilst the shower/bathroom remained the same. The furniture and fittings are newer. The location is good, close to JR Sapporo station and a multitude of eateries. The room I had was of decent size for a Hotel in Japan. The internet wifi speed was fast and stable. Room amenities were good, with this being a rare hotel that provided a decent number of hangers for use. The hotel is the best location to stay if you want to take the coach to the regional ski resort.

Excellent hotel. It is at walking distance to the station, has comfortable beds, the rooms have a nice view. The staff was really helpful. Some of them speak English pretty well, all of thel speak English at least at basic level. For instance, they wrote in Japanese my request to deliver postal parcel for the post staff. The breakfast at the restaurant above was outstanding. By far the best food I've ever eaten in a hotel. The breakfast downstairs was good. There is a spa, although I didn't try it. The remotes of TV and airco are dubbed in English.

English speaking staff at front desk (we found less people spoke English in Sapporo than in Tokyo). Room was spacious enough for our 2 large ski bags, 2 large suitcases and 2 hand carry suitcases plus a duffel bag! Location was excellent for us as the ski coaches (to Niseko, Rusutsu and Teines) picked up from the front of the hotel and we were only a 5-10 minute walk to Daimaru/JR station. Dinners (Teppanyaki & the Japanese restaurant) were exceptionally good but the former was pricey. Food was very fresh but we found food to be very fresh at Sapporo.
